Carnival of Bauble Big Build Skills Session.
Sunday 11th October 1 - 4pm.
.
Now you are all getting pretty good at making lanterns (we know, we have seen you). We wanted to give you the opportunity to flex your craft muscles and get involved in some bigger more creative builds. So we thought we would invite you local artists, creatives and aspiring lantern builders to join us to learn the basic skills required to make a lantern then with these skills you can build your own design over the coming weeks for the Carnival of the Baubles parade.

We are ideally looking for artists or potential artists that can learn the skills of lantern building and join us in the parade on Sat 21st November 4.15pm - 7pm. We will show you the skills to build and then arrange further days to come back and finish your lantern. You must commit to finishing your build if you start one yourself and to carrying it in the parade. There is a small cost to this workshop to secure your place & cover materials. This session is supported by Made in Ashford (Craftship Enterprise CIC) and the work we do to support local artists & creatives.
